  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to your selected shipping option.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method chosen. You will be able to view the shipping cost before confirming your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (domestic only).
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $5.99 for standard shipping.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.


3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 5-7 business days (domestic).
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivers within 2-3 business days (domestic).
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country but typically take 7-14 business days. Please note that customs processing may cause delays.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your BeautiEssential account.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories)
  • Select international destinations. Please check at checkout to see if we deliver to your country.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

BeautiEssential is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and secure before placing your order. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.


7. Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we may not be able to update the address.


8. Packaging
